Project Goal

The New Zealand International Convention Centre will be 32,000 sqm of convention centre and a 5 star, 300 room  luxury Hobson Street Hotel.

Project Parameters

NZICC and the Hobson Street Hotel will be constructed together. It will be a world class facility complete with a retail laneway linking Nelson and Hobson Streets and 1327 car parks. The NZICC will be capable of hosting conventions of around 3000 to 4000 people depending on the events.

• Issue of Surveyor Certificates for height and position
